About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 40–50 mid-market customers, focusing on retention, adoption, satisfaction, and strategic health
  • Lead onboarding plans to achieve rapid time-to-value and strong adoption trajectories
  • Monitor customer health using data and qualitative signals; identify at-risk accounts and recommend corrective actions
  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with customer business goals
  • Drive renewal conversations and mitigation strategies with Sales
  • Identify expansion opportunities and influence them through value messaging and coordinated actions with Strategic Account Executives
  • Conduct periodic business reviews to demonstrate value delivery and deepen relationships
  • Serve as the internal voice of the customer to drive product improvements and operational refinements
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience
  • Use AI tools daily for account research, customer insights, success planning, QBR preparation, risk identification, and internal workflows
  • Report to the Head of Customer Success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing approximately 40–50 mid-market customer accounts
  • Builds deep, long-term relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Articulates value clearly across roles, from daily users to business leaders
  • Interprets customer and usage data to guide proactive actions
  • Anticipates challenges and drives solutions collaboratively
  • Understands customer business models and aligns solutions to outcomes
  • Partners with Sales, Product, Support, and other internal teams
  • Uses AI as a core part of work, including delegating appropriate tasks, directing AI effectively, critically evaluating outputs, and building AI-enabled workflows
  • Permanent and unrestricted right to work in the country of residence without present or future sponsorship
  • Ability to work CST/EST hours
