About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide, support, and perform work relating to customer needs through best practices in the field
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism while working with little to no supervision
  • Participate in on-site sales and gear inspections
  • Develop technical knowledge to communicate products and gear inspection services
  • Build and maintain customer relationships and understand customer needs
  • Maintain contact with existing customers and make cold calls to prospective customers
  • Visit prospects and existing customers in person, generate leads and quotes, and take opportunities through to sale
  • Create, submit, and follow up on quotes and RFQs
  • Document and track new and existing business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the database
  • Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and opportunities to the PTS
  • Maintain monthly itineraries and submit daily briefs and weekly reports
  • Provide services and customer support during field visits
  • Tie workflow to schedule and manage on-site projects within expected timelines
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper, cost-effective solutions
  • Follow timekeeping and billing requirements
  • Cooperate with the technical team and share information with the company
  • Make appropriate recommendations based on customer requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
