Develop and implement assessment tools and educational data analysis processes to improve educational practices
Prepare detailed reports on the results and progress of educational projects
Manage educational projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
Plan and develop curricula aligned with active learning methodologies and the institution’s needs
Train faculty members in educational technologies and innovative methodologies
Promote strategic educational planning to drive continuous improvement in teaching

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
Master’s degree is considered a significant advantage
Solid experience in educational assessment, preferably in higher education
Experience designing and reviewing assessment instruments
Experience developing assessment items, assessment blueprints, parameters, test maps, and reviewing assessment models
Knowledge of competency-based assessment methodologies, active learning methodologies, and large-scale assessment
Experience with question banks, Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC) regulatory processes, and academic quality indicators
Experience analyzing indicators, interpreting data, and using information to support decision-making
Experience in project management and, preferably, team leadership or management
Ability to structure examinations with clear pedagogical intent, weighted averages, and assessment criteria
Higher education experience required; Basic Education professionals will also be considered, especially those with experience in teacher education programs and assessment development
Microsoft Office, with basic to intermediate Excel proficiency
Availability to work in a hybrid model, with on-site presence in Valinhos, São Paulo, three times per week, or willingness to relocate
