Key responsibilities & impact

Govern the integrated schedule for the student journey, ensuring the information is up to date, standardized, high quality, and traceable.
Track milestones, deadlines, dependencies, risks, open items, and action plans with the responsible teams.
Support governance and tracking routines by organizing information, monitoring actions and open items, and flagging deviations.
Serve as a liaison with different departments and stakeholders, promoting alignment on information, responsibilities, deadlines, priorities, and dependencies.
Support the resolution of blockers.
Structure and maintain the governance of the department’s data and information, ensuring organization, standardization, reliability, traceability, and availability.
Develop and maintain management indicators, reports, and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and other solutions.
Turn data into relevant information for operational monitoring and decision-making support.
Develop and improve process and routine automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, Smartsheet, and similar tools.
Identify opportunities to use Artificial Intelligence and automation to increase productivity, efficiency, analysis quality, and information generation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in the final semesters in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Process Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or related fields.
Knowledge of project and process management and schedule tracking, including deadlines, milestones, dependencies, and action plans.
Knowledge of Excel, with the ability to organize, process, and analyze data.
Knowledge of Power BI, including the development and maintenance of indicators and dashboards.
Knowledge of or familiarity with management and automation tools such as Smartsheet, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Planner, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence applied to the workplace, with an interest in using AI to support analysis, automate activities, increase productivity, and improve processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
Collaborative, proactive profile focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and problem-solving.
Preferred: experience with or knowledge of building automations and workflows in Smartsheet, Power Automate, or similar tools.
Preferred: basic knowledge of SQL.
Preferred: experience with generative AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, applied to productivity and processes.
Preferred: knowledge of Agile, Lean, PDCA, or continuous improvement methodologies.
