About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise clients on analyzing, optimizing, and digitizing their business processes
- Develop compelling business solutions that work technically in collaboration with clients
- Support projects from requirements analysis through successful implementation
- Analyze complex business processes and identify digitalization opportunities
- Develop business and technical solution concepts
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process models
- Facilitate workshops and alignment meetings

- Serve as the central point of contact and take responsibility for achieving objectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed degree in (Business) Information Technology, Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience as an IT Consultant, Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or Business Consultant
- Ideally, experience in the insurance industry, along with knowledge of insurers’ business processes and IT systems
- Ability to analyze complex topics, structure them clearly, and translate them into practical solutions
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Confident in working with diverse stakeholders
- Interest in digital transformation and innovative technologies
- Willingness to travel regularly to client sites
- Very good German language skills
- Good English language skills
