Own the full lifecycle recruitment process for GTM roles
Attract and recruit top talent
Deliver a world-class candidate recruiting experience
Partner with hiring managers and leaders to create recruiting strategies
Provide talent market and industry insights
Track recruiting funnels in Ashby ATS and regularly update progress
Proactively source and recruit candidates
Build relationships with diverse technology and talent communities
Take ownership of additional talent projects
Represent Talent Acquisition at industry conferences
Plan and execute curated networking events

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of go-to-market, full-cycle recruiting experience scaling high-growth teams
Startup experience is a plus
Creative problem solver who thrives under pressure and ambiguity
Natural influencer who enjoys working cross-functionally
Data-driven approach to recruiting
Passion for diversity, community, and equitable recruiting processes
Keen interest in the AI industry, specifically NLP, LLMs, and cutting-edge research
