About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the GAIA revenue number across product/infrastructure and consulting-advisory bookings for the assigned territory
  • Serve as the AI subject-matter resource in customer deals, covering data architecture, use cases, deployment models, and business cases
  • Build pipeline through marketing, SDR, field-sales, and independent outbound activities
  • Identify, qualify, develop, and close AI opportunities
  • Build and deliver executive-quality pitch decks, proposals, and account-specific business cases
  • Blend product/infrastructure opportunities with consulting and advisory engagements into multi-phase account plans
  • Work the regional AI partner ecosystem, including NVIDIA, hyperscalers, infrastructure OEMs, and emerging AI vendors
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, disciplined stage progression, and reliable forecasts
  • Participate in cadence calls and pipeline reviews with market intelligence and competitive insights
  • Meet assigned AI revenue quota
  • Generate pipeline and improve conversion against regional targets
  • Drive services attach on AI engagements
  • Collaborate with field account teams and generate joint pipeline
  • Build partner co-sell pipeline and deal registrations
  • Lead competitive deal pitches and improve win rates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10–12 years of quota-carrying technology sales experience
  • 2–3 years specifically selling AI products to VP of AI, CAIO, CDO, or equivalent buyers
  • Infrastructure selling experience
  • Demonstrated track record generating own pipeline in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
  • Working fluency in the AI landscape, including platforms, deployment models, use cases, and value drivers
  • Experience selling product/infrastructure and consulting-advisory engagements to enterprise, data-driven, or high-growth technology customers
  • Ability to build and deliver executive-grade decks and proposals
  • Comfort operating in a co-sell/specialist model
  • Disciplined CRM and forecasting habits
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
  • Professional English language proficiency for customer and internal communication
  • Business-level English required for all positions
