About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Sales Leaders to develop and implement strategies achieving business objectives and financial targets
  • Work with Global Revenue Operations to drive predictability, standardization, and optimization
  • Develop, oversee, and guide Area and District sales forecasts for accuracy and predictability
  • Analyze Americas operations and recommend and execute performance and productivity improvements
  • Steward strategic deals through Finance, Legal, Pricing, Operations Management, Renewals, Channel, and other functions
  • Own planning efforts, including territory optimization, quota setting, and compensation enablement
  • Direct centralized Revenue Operations teams and resources to meet Americas business objectives
  • Develop and report success metrics for inside sales teams, including SDR and ISR teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales leaders and support Americas-wide initiatives
  • Report to the VP of AMER Sales Operations and partner with Area and District Sales leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the technology industry, with at least 5 years in Sales Operations, Finance, or Sales Leadership
  • Previous experience in a Sales Operations leadership role in a high-growth, complex enterprise software business, including SaaS
  • Results-oriented, with strong decision-making and prioritization skills
  • Ability to provide consultative input to Sales and Revenue Operations leaders
  • Willingness to contribute across all areas of the business
  • Expertise in forecast management, pipeline management, deal inspection, SFDC, analytics, and reporting
  • Extensive knowledge of enterprise sales models, including multi-channel distribution
  • Experience with data analysis, modeling, and/or financial analysis
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work against challenging timelines
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels and functions
  • Self-starter able to identify and influence key business drivers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently
  • Understanding of how to drive sales effectiveness
  • Bachelor's degree required in a business or technology discipline
  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • Legal right to work in the job location
  • Candidates outside the designated area must be committed to relocating before their start date
