About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Revenue and Partner Program operations for the global channel business across AMER, International, APJ and LATAM
  • Accelerate partner-led ARR growth and modernise how partners transact with Cohesity
  • Own the operating model behind the Aspire Partner Program
  • Embed AI into core channel processes
  • Lead a high-performing global channel and alliances operations team
  • Own partner program tier definitions, thresholds, benefits, re-levelling cycles and onboarding
  • Manage partner incentives, rebates, MDF/rewards processing and Finance/procurement payment interfaces
  • Own commercial partner policy covering renewals incumbency, deal registration eligibility and conflict rules
  • Run annual and mid-year program releases, including requirements, systems readiness, policy sign-off, communications and post-launch measurement
  • Own deal registration end to end, including registration experience, approval SLAs, conflict detection and classification governance
  • Lead simplification across the partner transaction experience
  • Set channel requirements for Salesforce and PRM/partner portal systems and manage prioritisation with IT and Systems
  • Implement AI-enabled capabilities for conflict detection, partner data quality monitoring and reporting
  • Own partner master data quality and account hierarchy governance in Salesforce
  • Own channel reporting and analytics for pipeline, deal registrations, bookings, billings, PO-at-partner visibility and partner scorecards
  • Deliver weekly channel executive summaries, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and partner-specific executive reviews
  • Serve as the source of truth for channel numbers in cross-functional and executive forums
  • Enforce operating cadence, reporting standards and data-quality governance across regions
  • Run channel elements of annual go-to-market planning with regional channel and sales leaders
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Compensation on quota, crediting and plan administration
  • Own enablement and communications for program and process changes
  • Build field-facing enablement for Channel Account Managers and partner learning content
  • Lead, hire, develop and retain the Global Channel & Alliances Operations team
  • Define organizational model, geographic/time-zone coverage and reporting lines
  • Coach regional channel leaders through rollout of initiatives and programs
  • Build alignment across Channel & Alliances, Sales, Renewals, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Enablement, IT and HR
  • Manage operational relationships with distributors, GSIs, MSPs and resellers
  • Develop channel metrics and executive insight reporting on partner effectiveness
  • Build peer relationships to support end-to-end partner deal flow

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Track record managing channel or partner operations functions in high-growth, multi-national subscription/SaaS or enterprise technology businesses
  • Experience with two-tier distribution, GSI/MSP and reseller motions
  • Demonstrated ownership of a global channel operations function, or of a major region with global remit
  • Experience leading a distributed team
  • Direct, hands-on knowledge of partner programs, including tiering, benefits, onboarding and incentives
  • Proven ownership of partner program rebate/incentive process and policy at scale
  • Experience with conflict management, classification governance and approval SLAs
  • Experience leading operational or digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience modernising channel tooling and introducing AI/automation into deal registration, partner data management or reporting
  • Advanced Salesforce proficiency, including partner account structures and hierarchy
  • Familiarity with PRM/partner portal platforms, partner incentives platforms, BI/analytics platforms such as Tableau and Clari, and emerging AI/GenAI tools
  • Experience building and leading distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Experience presenting partner performance, pipeline and transformation progress to senior/executive leadership
  • Excellent analytical and process-design skills
  • Ability to structure, interpret and present complex data into clear, decision-ready insight
  • Ability to interrogate source data directly rather than only consume reports
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills
