About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with the Americas sales team and channel and alliances leaders on annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and monthly close processes
- Own and support P&L financial planning for headcount and other operating expenses
- Leverage AI to build and maintain financial models for scenario planning and business decisions
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Revenue Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR
- Develop and track KPIs, automate manual processes, and build dashboards
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and presentations for leadership
- Highlight financial insights and recommendations
- Support ad hoc strategic projects, business model transitions, and operational initiatives
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, and contribute data-driven insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- MBA or CPA is a plus
- 5–8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in tech or SaaS environments
- Prior experience supporting Sales or Go-to-Market functions is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Desire to learn and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- AI-first mindset
- Working knowledge of Claude or another AI tool is highly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial modeling and understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with ERP and planning tools such as Salesforce, Adaptive Insights, or NetSuite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision-making
- Candidates outside the area must be committed to relocating before their start date and have the legal right to work in the job location
