About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and scale a high-performing sales organization for SLED and Public Healthcare across the United States
  • Set and execute regional go-to-market strategy for data security, ransomware resilience, and cyber recovery solutions
  • Own and exceed bookings and revenue targets
  • Drive operating cadence, forecasting rigor, and pipeline discipline
  • Own regional revenue outcomes, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health
  • Develop account and territory strategies based on buying motions, procurement requirements, funding dynamics, and stakeholder environments
  • Build and maintain executive-level customer and partner relationships
  • Guide teams through RFP/RFI processes, contract vehicles, and regulatory constraints
  • Lead and develop frontline leaders and teams through coaching and talent growth
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, Professional Services, and Product
  • Adapt solutions to HIPAA, CJIS, FERPA, and state-level compliance frameworks
  • Build and expand strategic partner ecosystems
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent
  • Represent the business in executive forums with market insight, customer feedback, and trend intelligence

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive experience leading sales managers and enterprise sales teams in a competitive technology environment, including direct experience in SLED and/or Healthcare verticals
  • Strong understanding of enterprise security, cyber resilience, ransomware recovery, and compliance landscapes
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, CJIS, FERPA, and public sector security mandates
  • Proven record of revenue growth, forecast rigor, and quota attainment in complex, regulated buying environments and long procurement cycles
  • Deep understanding of SLED and Public Healthcare sales motions, procurement processes, contract structures, funding models, and stakeholder landscapes
  • Experience negotiating and overseeing complex, high-value enterprise deals
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to align extended cross-functional organizations around shared goals
  • Ability to lead strategically and operationally, with accountability, talent development, and execution rigor
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • MBA or equivalent business leadership experience preferred
