About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and execute paid social and paid search campaigns day to day
- Conduct conversion rate optimization, including identifying, recommending, and implementing landing pages for A/B testing
- Manage and optimize client paid social and paid search initiatives
- Plan campaigns, develop strategies, and document plans
- Build out and optimize campaign tactics and segmentation
- Optimize bidding
- Plan, recommend, and manage tests
- Conduct custom analysis, reporting, and provide insights
- Analyze paid social and search performance data to inform strategic plans and improve other tactics
- Summarize and communicate campaign status to internal and external contacts
- Work with project managers and team leads to ensure timely delivery of project requirements
- Report on paid social trends, tactics, and opportunities to internal teams and clients, including occasional authorship of POV documents
- Elevate paid social practices in collaboration with performance media team leads
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of paid social or paid search marketing experience
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and tagging best practices
- Advanced understanding of paid social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.)
- Preferred working knowledge of 3rd party platforms like Marin, Skai, DoubleClick DFA/DCM, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Self-starter approach, positive attitude, and drive to meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
- Preferred experience with Tableau or other data visualization platforms
- Agency experience preferred
