About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and execute paid social and paid search campaigns
- Manage and optimize client paid social and paid search initiatives
- Plan campaigns, develop strategies, and document plans
- Build and optimize campaign tactics and audience segmentation
- Optimize bidding strategies
- Plan, recommend, and manage tests
- Conduct custom analysis, reporting, and provide insights
- Analyze paid social and search performance data and integrate insights into strategic plans
- Conduct conversion rate optimization, including identifying, recommending, and implementing landing pages for A/B testing
- Summarize and communicate campaign status to internal and external contacts
- Work with project managers and team leads to ensure timely delivery of project requirements
- Report on paid social trends, tactics, and opportunities to internal teams and clients
- Occasionally author POV (Point of View) documents
- Collaborate with performance media team leads to elevate paid social practices for the agency
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of paid social or paid search marketing experience
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Understanding of paid search advertising (Google, Bing etc.)
- Understanding of paid social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube etc.)
- Preferred working knowledge of 3rd party platforms like Marin, Skai, DoubleClick DFA/DCM, etc
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
- Preferred experience with Tableau or other data visualization platforms
- Agency experience will be given preference
