About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage annual operating plan and quarterly planning cycles for corporate functions
- Support strategic long-range planning and scenario analysis for growth investments and strategic decisions
- Contribute to quarterly consolidated forecasting, including corporate OpEx and allocation inputs
- Review consolidated forecast output and draft accompanying analysis
- Maintain the quarterly pacing model and support consolidated cash flow forecasting
- Own monthly and quarterly close activities in partnership with Accounting
- Perform variance analysis, close metrics, and leadership reporting
- Prepare analysis and draft narrative for quarterly board materials, board books, and executive reporting packages
- Build executive-ready materials and explain deviations from plan
- Own company-wide headcount planning and the headcount approval process
- Partner with People/HRIS and Talent Acquisition on Workday data integrity
- Improve FP&A processes through durable process and system design
- Partner with the Senior Financial Analyst on shared close and forecast deliverables
- Maintain the Finance calendar and manage cross-functional deadlines
- Serve as primary administrator of Adaptive Insights, including model structure, dimensionality, security, integrations, and data integrity
- Report to the Director of Corporate Finance & Strategy and collaborate with senior business leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8 years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, investing, or finance operations experience
- Experience in a high-growth or multi-entity environment is ideal
- End-to-end ownership of budgeting, forecasting, close support, and variance analysis
- Experience partnering with function or business leaders on budgets
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling skills, including driver-based models
- Strong Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning) or similar systems experience
- Comfort with administrator-level ownership of planning systems
- Experience with financial systems and tools such as NetSuite and Workday
- Strong data quality instincts and ability to learn new platforms
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Process-oriented, high-ownership operating discipline
- Ability to influence and align partners across a matrixed organization without direct authority
- Strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of GAAP and financial management processes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
