About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary owner of all day-to-day operations of the PSA eBay store
Manage customer experience, store performance, financials, branding, and other key outcomes
Project manage store marketing activations and bespoke auction events with account management and marketing teams
Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience
Deliver regular reporting on store performance and operational excellence to Marketplace leadership
Manage one direct report assisting with daily store operations
Report to the Director, Marketplace

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in marketplace / e-commerce business operations, strategy, or similar roles
Preference given to candidates with experience operating an eBay store at scale
Generalist approach with willingness to tackle a wide variety of projects with an owner mentality
Skilled communicator able to distill complex issues and trends into clear reporting for senior stakeholders
Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong internal sense of urgency
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to drive decisions
Must be authorized to work in the United States
