About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage operational functions key to the day-to-day running of the business
Draw insights from operational and performance data to inform strategic priorities, identify issues, and improve business operations
Build scalable systems to replace manual processes and enable growth
Execute large-scale business transformation projects from start to finish
Advocate for the PSA Exchange business in cross-functional forums
Leverage AI and other tools to automate processes
Report to the Director, Marketplace
Oversee day-to-day functions and strategic project delivery for the PSA Exchange business in partnership with marketplace leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in marketplace / e-commerce strategy or business operations OR 3-5 years in investment banking or management consulting
Generalist approach with willingness to tackle a wide variety of projects with an owner mentality
Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong internal sense of urgency
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using data to drive decisions
Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to work onsite most of the time if living within a 1-hour commuting distance of a Collectors office
