About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and monitor the execution of highly complex industrial construction projects
- Ensure compliance with the scope, schedule, quality, safety, and technical requirements established by the client
- Manage interfaces among the client, designers, suppliers, and construction companies
- Monitor the project’s physical progress
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Support technical decisions and lead issue resolution to ensure project progress
- Deliver projects within the planned timeframe, controlling contractual stages and milestones
- Ensure accurate financial control by recording, justifying, and mitigating variances
- Ensure high client satisfaction through clear, predictable, and professional communication
- Produce objective, decision-oriented executive reports aligned with corporate standards
- Manage suppliers, ensuring quality and technical compliance
- Strengthen Colliers’ reputation for excellence in Projects & Construction by acting in a consultative and strategic capacity
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing construction projects or multidisciplinary projects
- Strong ability to understand and learn workflows and processes
- Negotiation and persuasion skills when working with multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of project management tools and practices, including scheduling, risk, people, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in MS Project, Monday Kanban, Agile, and Scrum
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
