Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role, managing recruitment from intake through offer and onboarding
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success building partnerships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Ability to proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to leverage data and market insights to inform hiring decisions
  • Experience assessing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and service
  • Currently authorized to work full-time in the United States
  • Employer will not sponsor work visas
