About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct research and organize market and property information
- Perform analyses of office, multifamily, industrial, and other property types
- Work alongside Senior Valuation Associates supporting appraisals and consulting projects
- Gather market research and follow valuation projects from start to finish
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser and progressing towards certified general licenses
- Eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate
- Knowledge gained from an undergraduate / graduate degree
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Must not require employer sponsorship for work visas
- Ideally, 1–3 years in commercial real estate
