About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Optimize logistics flows and manage inventory to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction
  • Manage product data and oversee the product lifecycle: launch, modification, discontinuation, and stockouts
  • Prepare short-term sales forecasts
  • Monitor logistics performance in coordination with Global Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams
  • Ensure the reliability and timely updating of product databases
  • Ensure data consistency and quality across different information systems
  • Analyze Supply Chain data and monitor performance indicators to anticipate stockout risks and optimize inventory levels
  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional Supply Chain projects
  • Monitor inventories and contribute to continuous process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements through ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 procedures
  • Support the manager in monitoring transport operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of successful experience in Logistics/Supply Chain
  • Expertise in Master Data management and data analysis
  • Initial experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
  • Professional proficiency in English, with daily interactions with multinational teams
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and Power BI
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes, including inventory, flows, product lifecycle, transportation, and distribution
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt when working with different stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Versatility, autonomy, and a solution-oriented mindset in a constantly changing environment
