About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver professional and ethical care to patients
- Support the patient pathway from hospital to home through home visits and community clinics
- Plan, manage, and organise caseload and time effectively and efficiently

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced Nurse with relevant clinical expertise
- Registered General Nurse
- Expert clinician in Stoma management
- Nursing Degree Qualified desirable
- Sound interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Teaching experience
- IT proficiency
- Ability to work as an independent practitioner
- Self-motivated with a winning mindset
- Strategic thinker with commercial awareness and confidence to challenge
