About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver professional and ethical care to patients
  • Support the patient pathway from hospital to home through home visits and community-based clinics
  • Undertake virtual consultations by telephone and video
  • Plan, manage, and organise caseload and time effectively and efficiently

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Registered General Nurse
  • Minimum 2 years post-registration experience
  • BSc Nursing degree or working towards it
  • Stoma care experience is desirable but not essential
  • Sound interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Teaching experience
  • IT proficiency
  • Full driving license required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated with a winning mindset
  • Strategic thinking and commercial awareness
  • Confidence and courage to challenge
