  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities
  • Understand customer environments, decision makers, issues, challenges, and opportunities
  • Identify growth opportunities with community-based continence programs
  • Generate demand for assigned rehabilitation centers and urology practices
  • Support community support groups and mentor newly injured patients transitioning from rehabilitation to home
  • Use consultative selling to uncover customer strategy and present financial and clinical value
  • Plan daily call routines and account coverage
  • Use sales tools, marketing directives, reports, and educational materials to maximize growth
  • Monitor competitive activity and sales volume
  • Retain and grow existing customer business
  • Develop long-term relationships that increase Comfort Medical use within target accounts
  • Build cross-functional relationships, including with Coloplast field sales
  • Maintain clinical, technical, competitive, market, and industry knowledge
  • Attend relevant industry meetings and events, including trade shows and CMSA meetings
  • Organize information in the CRM tool
  • Maintain records, sales reports, and expense management
  • Use PowerBI and Brightree for account follow-up and time planning
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of med tech sales experience, OR 2-year associate degree with 5+ years of med tech sales experience, OR 7+ years of med tech sales experience
  • DME or service-specific experience preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight travel, 25%–50%
  • Completion of credentialing requirements for access to healthcare facilities or systems
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Exceptional listening skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Effective time and territory management skills
  • Administrative capabilities
  • Effective written and oral communication capabilities
  • Ability to comply with applicable laws, regulations, the Advamed Code of Ethics, and company policies
