About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work within a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers
- Develop innovative products and machinery with clients
- Work on new hardware developments from ideation and concept generation through prototyping, technical elaboration, and production start-up
- Design and engineer new products and machines from A to Z
- Manage necessary suppliers
- Hold technical discussions with clients
- Analyze internal and external customer needs and address them creatively
- Manage quality, timelines, and budgets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher degree in Engineering (Electronics or similar)
- At least 5 years of experience in technical, interdisciplinary product development
- Preferably experience in a design/engineering agency or similar innovation-driven environment
- Strong experience designing PCBs
- Experience with Altium Designer
- Good knowledge of digital and analogue electronics
- Interest in medical and non-medical projects
- Hands-on and pragmatic approach
- Examples of self-made projects
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing plans
- Ability to handle pressure
