About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and deploy the Group’s IT and digital strategy
  • Define and lead a three- to five-year IT and digital roadmap for more than 65 entities across over 17 countries
  • Represent the Information Systems Department (ISD) before Executive Management and the Executive Committee
  • Set priorities and allocate budgets across Digital Experience, Technology Operations / RUN, and Cybersecurity
  • Lead major transformation programs, including Oracle Fusion, Data/AI governance, and electronic invoicing
  • Ensure IT transformations are aligned with business priorities
  • Ensure Group-wide technological consistency across Oracle ERP and Salesforce CRM/Marketing Cloud
  • Define the Data/AI architecture and governance framework
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of master data repositories
  • Make decisions on platform, integration, and security choices in collaboration with the Digital Experience Division and the Data, AI & Robotics function
  • Integrate generative AI and agentic AI into a coherent roadmap aligned with the information systems and business platforms
  • Lead the cultural shift toward a cross-functional, shared Group IT organization
  • Define and deploy an international change management plan
  • Unite local IT teams around Group standards and governance
  • Lead the Group IT, Technology Operations / RUN, and cybersecurity coordination functions
  • Drive IT governance across more than 17 countries and represent the ISD to local leadership teams and international technology partners
  • Deliver a shared roadmap, consolidated reporting, a well-controlled IT budget, and a structured international IT governance model

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5)
  • More than 20 years of experience in IT and digital leadership
  • Proven leadership experience within an international group operating across more than 17 countries and all major global regions
  • Experience leading large-scale digital, IT, and business transformations, as well as change management initiatives
  • Knowledge of the Oracle (ERP) and Salesforce (CRM / Marketing Cloud) ecosystems
  • Strong command of data architecture, AI platforms, business use cases, and their end-to-end technical integration requirements
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of the events industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work from the Courbevoie headquarters with regular international travel
