About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the trusted HR business partner and advisor for a population of 250 to 300 employees
- Understand the priorities of operational leadership and translate them into high-value HR action plans
- Challenge and advise managers while contributing to key business decisions
- Help define and implement HR policy across the assigned scope
- Support skills development, career paths, and internal mobility
- Lead key HR cycles and campaigns, including performance reviews, talent reviews, development, and compensation
- Identify high-potential employees and build development plans with managers
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention
- Support organizational changes and change management initiatives
- Contribute to HR transformation projects and their operational implementation
- Proactively recommend improvements to HR practices and processes
- Ensure HR administration is compliant and advise managers on the application of employment law
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree, such as a Master’s degree in employment law or human resources
- Strong knowledge of individual and collective employment law
- Proven experience supporting transformation projects or organizational change initiatives
- Solid experience in HR development, including talent management, internal mobility, and performance management
- Full command of the HR lifecycle and HRIS tools
- Comfortable working with HR metrics and managing workforce data
- Working proficiency in English
- Business partner mindset, with the ability to take a strategic perspective and influence others in support of business performance
- Assertiveness and diplomacy
- Solutions-oriented approach and practical, hands-on mindset
- Curiosity and a taste for challenge
- Adaptability in a dynamic environment
