About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Understand the challenges and priorities of operational departments and translate them into high-value HR action plans
  • Challenge managers constructively and contribute to key business decisions
  • Contribute to defining and implementing HR policy
  • Support skills development, career paths, and internal mobility
  • Lead HR campaigns, including appraisals, talent reviews, development, and compensation
  • Identify high-potential employees and develop plans with managers to support their growth
  • Contribute to employee engagement and retention
  • Support organizational changes and change management initiatives
  • Contribute to HR transformation projects and their operational implementation
  • Ensure HR processes and decisions are legally compliant, and advise managers on the application of employment law
  • Prepare, organize, and follow up on meetings of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE)
  • Chair the Health, Safety and Working Conditions Commission (CSSCT) and monitor related actions
  • Lead the preparation and implementation of the March 2027 employee representative elections
  • Participate in and facilitate mandatory CSE consultations
  • Prepare and lead collective bargaining negotiations, where applicable
  • Lead the updating of the DUERP and PAPRIPACT
  • Monitor preventive health, safety, and working conditions initiatives
  • Support matters relating to psychosocial risks and absenteeism
  • Establish and monitor social HR KPIs
  • Prepare quarterly social reporting for senior management
  • Analyze workforce data, identify warning signs, and recommend corrective actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in employment law, HR, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of individual and collective employment law
  • Proven experience supporting transformation projects or organizational change initiatives
  • Strong experience in HR development, including talent management, internal mobility, and performance management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the full HR cycle and HRIS tools
  • Comfortable working with HR metrics and managing workforce data
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Business partner mindset, with the ability to take a strategic view and influence decisions in support of business performance
  • Assertiveness and diplomacy
  • Solutions-oriented and pragmatic approach
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for challenges
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment
