About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support one or more Sales Administration Managers in carrying out their responsibilities
  • Take over exhibitor files following validation by the Sales team
  • Check and validate billing addresses, stand decorators, and related information
  • Ensure the administrative processing and follow-up of customer orders
  • Monitor trade show mailboxes
  • Prepare and send advance-payment, stand, and additional-order invoices in accordance with applicable deadlines
  • Ensure the collection of overdue payments within deadlines and in accordance with established procedures
  • Participate in welcoming exhibitors on site and provide high-quality customer service
  • Follow up on overdue payments when necessary
  • Maintain regular communication with trade show teams, the Customer Relations Department, and customers’ accounting departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Structured, self-directed, thorough, and able to synthesize information
  • Strong customer-service orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent English required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Willingness to travel to certain trade shows
  • No specific educational qualification required
