About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support one or more Sales Administration Managers with their tasks
  • Ensure proper monitoring of exhibitor files
  • Take ownership of exhibitor files once validated by the sales teams
  • Validate billing addresses, stand contractors, and other relevant details
  • Ensure the administrative processing of customer orders
  • Manage and monitor event inboxes
  • Issue and send invoices for deposits, stands, and additional orders according to deadlines
  • Record payments received
  • Ensure the timely collection of overdue payments in accordance with procedures
  • Assist with exhibitor reception on-site
  • Pursue outstanding payments when necessary
  • Collaborate with the Events teams, the Customer Relations Department, and Accounts Receivable

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education qualification
  • 3 years of successful experience in a similar role
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and able to synthesize information effectively
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent English required
  • Travel to certain events will be required
