About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and deliver the Legal & Compliance team's operational transformation plan, taking end-to-end responsibility for execution
- Lead adoption of legal AI software to deflect routine legal queries, improve efficiency, and empower colleagues
- Maintain and evolve the team's repositories, knowledge base, and data
- Oversee the company secretarial scheme and statutory and governance obligations across the group
- Support management of intragroup agreements, including preparation, upkeep, and record-keeping
- Champion new ways of working through explanation, influence, education, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Provide general team administration and operational support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience running legal operations, ideally within another global technology company
- Experience working for a private equity portfolio company is preferable
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Ability to explain and influence the art of the possible, and to educate and bring colleagues along
- Can-do, hands-on approach
