About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support business management priorities across the Diversified Industries and Energy, Commodities & Sustainability Coverage sector teams
- Manage risks, issues and competing priorities
- Drive portfolio hygiene, reporting and data quality across client, financial and operational datasets
- Prepare performance reporting, financial analysis and decision-ready insights for senior leadership
- Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Product, Data and Technology stakeholders
- Identify and implement opportunities to leverage data, automation and AI
- Support adoption of reporting tools, dashboards and process improvements
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture and guide junior team members where required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Corporate, Institutional or Business Banking
- Experience in business management, portfolio management, finance, risk, operations or transformation roles
- Strong financial, commercial and analytical capability
- Experience interpreting business performance metrics and working across multiple data sources
- Experience improving data quality, resolving exceptions and strengthening data governance
- Practical understanding of data, automation and AI
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with senior leaders and frontline teams
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing executive-level materials
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement
