About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the key facilitator between IT and one or more business areas for requirements elicitation for products and services
- Examine business needs to ensure needs are valid, understood, and met
- Assist in defining business and IT requirements for major/complex business change initiatives
- Assist with functional design of business process and business system solutions
- Demonstrate complex root cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities
- Execute work throughout the software development lifecycle using defined methodologies
- Assist business leaders in managing and integrating organizational change
- Minimize the impact of changes on affected business areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or information technology related field is required
- Two (2) years of experience in clinical and/or information technology field servicing as a business analyst required
- If clinical, you must maintain license or certification in the clinical area
- Experience with Epic is strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate with others in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude toward problem-solving
- Ability to work analytically
- Ability to use customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of system process analysis and design
- Knowledge of process development tools and techniques
- Must reside within a 60-mile radius of 7351 Shadeland Station, Indianapolis, IN 46256
