About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to intermediary project activities
- Support the design and implementation of regranting and capacity-building programs
- Perform administrative duties supporting contract deliverables
- Manage project calendars, schedule meetings, draft agendas and minutes, and maintain action logs
- Compile, format, and file workplans, reports, timelines, and other documents
- Assist with third-party administrator documentation and invoice processing
- Create and update online application and reporting forms; track submissions and generate reports
- Track project timelines, milestones, due dates, and third-party administrator deliverables
- Manage Zoom and other digital platforms for meetings and trainings
- Communicate with participants and grantees; maintain relevant files and databases
- Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, convenings, workshops, trainings, and events
- Liaise with intermediary staff and other departments to gather information and process payments
- Travel locally to work-related events and support event logistics and participant needs
- Provide additional contract implementation and general administrative support as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with relevant work or volunteer experience is required
- A minimum of 2–4 years of work experience
- Proven self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional handling of internal and external email and phone communication
- Ability to understand assignments holistically, anticipate needs, take direction, problem solve, and develop and implement solutions
- Experience in planning and executing events is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Zoom
- Commitment to Community Partners’ mission and values
- Ability to travel locally
- Ability to handle confidential issues and information
- Satisfactory completion of a Live Scan, including a criminal records check, before being offered a position
