About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Propose and implement improvements to RCM platform architecture, tools, and technologies
Build end-to-end products for healthcare revenue cycle management
Own integration workflows from design and development through deployment and post-launch monitoring
Collaborate with product, engineering, and healthcare teams to gather requirements, define technical approaches, and prioritize tasks
Improve system reliability and observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices
Optimize web application performance and scalability
Collaborate with infrastructure and backend teams to ensure high availability and resilience
Conduct code reviews, uphold best practices, and drive architectural improvements
Build production AI features including LLM-powered agents and copilots for claims submission, remittance posting, denials and appeals, and document extraction
Own AI feature lifecycle from prompt design and evaluations through production infrastructure
Partner with customers and internal operations teams to create auditable AI-assisted workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience
3+ years of professional software development industry experience
Proficiency in frontend languages like Javascript, HTML, CSS
Proficiency in backend languages like Python, Go, or C++
Experience with Git, GCP / AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and non-relational databases, and monitoring/alerting tools
Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end solutions and making successful architectural decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Willingness/ability to work from the Mountain View, CA office at least 3 days a week
Willingness to attest to information security requirements upon hire and annually
Must answer whether sponsorship to work in the US will be required
