About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise Microsoft partners on AI and Azure architecture, technology choices and strategic opportunities
- Help partners develop commercially viable AI solutions, services and business models
- Support solution design using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio and related technologies
- Guide partners on RAG architectures, AI agents, integrations and responsible AI implementation
- Translate complex technical developments into clear business opportunities and actionable recommendations
- Advise on Microsoft licensing, consumption models, pricing and AI monetization
- Support technical workshops, partner enablement sessions and strategic discussions
- Collaborate with Microsoft stakeholders and internal Companial teams to identify new partner opportunities
- Keep partners informed about relevant developments across Microsoft's Azure and AI ecosystem
- Report to the VP Programs & Partner Experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Cloud, Azure or AI architecture
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and its AI services
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AI Search, Copilot Studio and AI agent architectures
- Understanding of RAG, data integration, security, governance and scalable cloud architecture
- Experience translating technical solutions into business value and commercial opportunities
- Familiarity with Microsoft licensing, Azure consumption and cloud pricing models
- Experience working with Microsoft partners, technology vendors or within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong presentation, advisory and stakeholder management skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Power Platform or the wider Business Applications ecosystem would be particularly valuable
