About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Solutions function and customer conversation for Comply365’s Operational Content Management portfolio
  • Advise customers on ContentManager365, DocuNet, ProAuthor, AI Assistant, and CoAuthor
  • Address integrations, identity, tenancy, and security questions
  • Create and maintain discovery flows, question libraries, demonstration narratives, golden paths, proof-of-value entry gates, solution-mapping standards, and RFx answer content
  • Lead the hardest multi-product, multi-region, migration-heavy pursuits across TechOps, MRO, defense aviation, and rail
  • Build and maintain the demonstration environment, data, and scenarios
  • Explain consolidation and migration paths for customer content estates
  • Maintain a gap register, communicate gaps to customers, and bring them into OCM and OCM AI roadmap discussions
  • Conduct customer discovery with technical publications, quality, IT, and security stakeholders
  • Map customer requirements to ContentManager365, integrations, and product capabilities
  • Deliver workflow-led demonstrations and address SSO and offline-distribution questions
  • Review solution maps and prepare technical sections of RFPs
  • Collaborate with Product on recurring product gaps and mentor technical peers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep, current knowledge of operational content in commercial aviation — flight operations, technical operations/engineering or MRO
  • Experience as an operator, MRO, regulator or vendor in the relevant domain
  • Practical knowledge of the controlled content lifecycle, including revision control, effective dates, controlled publication, distribution, and proof of receipt
  • Customer-facing technical ownership on enterprise deals, including discovery, demonstration, bounded proofs, and RFx
  • Willingness to communicate gaps, limitations, and infeasible timelines to customers and internal teams
  • Comfortable traveling across the Americas, EMEA, Middle East and APAC for pursuits
  • S1000D or ATA iSpec 2200 in practice (nice to have)
  • Migration experience moving content estates between platforms (nice to have)
  • Defense aviation or rail experience (nice to have)
  • Transport Canada or ANAC experience alongside FAA (nice to have)
  • Experience mentoring technical peers (nice to have)
