About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Solutions function and customer-facing technical conversation for the Operational Content Management portfolio
- Cover Comply365 products including ContentManager365, DocuNet, ProAuthor, AI Assistant and CoAuthor, plus integrations, identity, tenancy and security
- Create and maintain discovery flows, question libraries, demonstration narratives, golden paths, proof-of-value entry gates, solution-mapping standards and RFx answer content
- Lead the hardest multi-product, multi-region and migration-heavy pursuits across TechOps, MRO, defense aviation and rail
- Maintain the demonstration environment, data and scenarios
- Define the consolidation and migration story for operational content estates
- Maintain the gap register, communicate gaps to customers and carry them into OCM and OCM AI roadmap discussions
- Conduct discovery with technical publications and quality leads
- Map customer needs onto ContentManager365, identifying fit, integration requirements and product gaps
- Deliver workflow-led demonstrations to IT and security teams, addressing SSO and offline-distribution questions
- Rebuild reusable demonstration data and review colleagues’ solution maps
- Own technical sections of RFPs for defense operators
- Review recurring product gaps with Product
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep, current knowledge of operational content in commercial aviation, including flight operations, technical operations/engineering or MRO
- Experience as an operator, MRO, regulator or vendor in the relevant domain
- Practical knowledge of the controlled content lifecycle: revision control, effective dates, controlled publication, distribution and proof of receipt
- Customer-facing technical ownership on enterprise deals, including discovery, demonstration, bounded proofs and RFx
- Willingness to communicate gaps, limitations and infeasible timelines to customers and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable traveling across the Americas, EMEA, Middle East and APAC for pursuits
- S1000D or ATA iSpec 2200 experience in practice (nice to have)
- Migration experience moving content estates between platforms (nice to have)
- Defense aviation or rail experience (nice to have)
- Transport Canada or ANAC experience alongside FAA (nice to have)
- Experience mentoring technical peers (nice to have)
