Key responsibilities & impact

Implement AbsenceResources accounts newly transitioned from the sales team
Complete required documentation and set specifications within the proprietary database
Develop implementation plans and coordinate training
Build and maintain positive account relationships
Establish strong working relationships between ComPsych and AbsenceResources team members
Act as the direct liaison between Human Resources professionals and AbsenceSource during implementation
Understand assigned accounts' absence policies and related benefits
Conduct external training on leave of absence compliance during implementation
Develop business and communication plans with Human Resources professionals to promote AbsenceResources services
Investigate and resolve account concerns to support a smooth transition
Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

BS/BA required in Human Resources or related field preferred
1+ year of project management experience required
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite required
Account management experience in leave of absence administration, benefits, or human resources related services is a plus
Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus
Stable work history required
Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is required
Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events
Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer
Travel as necessary to meet new and existing customers; approximate travel required is up to 25%
