About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide in-person short-term EAP counseling sessions for employees
  • Coordinate with site contacts to participate in health fairs, enrollment, and health-promoting activities
  • Provide training and Lunch-and-Learns on behavioral health issues
  • Participate in behavioral health awareness campaigns
  • Provide strategy support on program service delivery satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Provide management consultations and support for behavioral health issues
  • Provide on-site critical incident debriefings, if indicated
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master level licensed clinician in social work, counseling, or psychology
  • At least three years of experience as an independently licensed clinician; ideally as a social worker or counselor
  • On-site EAP experience preferred
  • Ability to work an onsite schedule: 12 hours/week
