About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect monies for all outstanding invoices before they become overdue and understand reasons for non-payment.
  • Contact customers via email, phone calls, and customer portals.
  • Route customer disputes to the responsible department and follow up on resolution.
  • Manage and collect outstanding cash from business partners.
  • Solve problems and investigate issues by contacting account managers and sales.
  • Take responsibility for a section of the debtors ledger.
  • Provide input supporting decisions that improve quality, cost, and people engagement.
