About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end implementation of a portfolio of sustainable technology and process changes for customer accounts
Use project, risk, and change management methodologies such as Agile, Six Sigma, and Prosci
Track project deliverables, outcomes, and benefit realization
Enable operations by creating training and process documentation for knowledge, self-learning, and classroom use
Provide classroom-based training where relevant
Produce regular and ad-hoc management-level reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally to remove obstacles and drive outcomes
Identify root causes and solutions for blockers to success
Implement remediation activities
Manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
Present evidence and recommendations to support data-led decision-making and challenge the status quo

Requirements

What you’ll need

Great communication and comprehension skills
Prior working expertise in project management or change management
Good-to-have exposure to change management and project management methodologies, including risk management
Hands-on experience working in a project team across a minimum of 2 projects in any capacity
Exposure to Microsoft applications
Strong analytical and data-driven capabilities
Proactive and problem-solving mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills
Effective stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Flexibility and quick adaptability to business changes
Willingness to take required actions to achieve desired business outcomes
