About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in an IT Support Service environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, courteous, and flexible team player
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Uses information systems, technology functions, and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role
  • Routine administrative skills
  • Familiarity with office productivity tools such as Google Workspace or MS Office
  • Awareness of health and safety at work
  • Ability to meet physical requirements including standing, sitting, and walking throughout the day
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
