About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure Department/Contract meets SLA performance targets and VMD deadlines are met
- Maintain Vendor (S4H/SAP) and Customer (S4H) Master Data according to defined standards
- Verify bank details for newly created vendors and their relationship to new partners
- Use team KPIs and reporting metrics to prioritise actions
- Provide clear, supported documentation for backup and audit purposes
- Ensure deadlines and stakeholder requirements are met
- Deliver VMD training on demand
- Act according to Computacenter Information Security Policies and report potential or actual security events and risks
- Support migration and global VMD process improvement projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Excel
- Analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex problems and assignments
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to absorb and apply technical information
- Experience with relevant business systems (SAP / S4Hana) and SSC processes
- Ability to prioritise own workload
- Good customer service skills
- Good administrative experience, attention to detail and accuracy
- Good interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to build relationships
