Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead structured investigations into complex logistics, process, system and data issues
  • Use logical thinking, evidence and analysis to understand root causes and create practical solutions
  • Analyse operational performance, trends, risks and opportunities and translate findings into recommendations
  • Map and improve end-to-end workflows across logistics and warehouse operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong background in logistics, ideally including warehouse operations, stock control, goods-in/goods-out, inventory movement or logistics systems
  • Proven experience in business operations, logistics transformation, operational improvement, programme support or a comparable analytical role
  • Logical problem-solving ability, including working through complex issues, testing assumptions and developing workable solutions
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, including interpreting large or complex datasets and turning insight into action
  • Experience working across systems, processes, applications and data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Clear communication skills for explaining complex technical or operational information to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with credibility to influence logistics, technology, programme and supplier teams
  • Delivery mindset focused on measurable outcomes, sustainable change and improved operational performance
