About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review invoiced renewal orders to identify items requiring future renewal tracking
Create renewal opportunities in Salesforce based on invoiced data from Batnet
Ensure opportunity details are accurate and aligned with the documented renewal process
Complete accurate and timely serial number uploads through Salesforce
Troubleshoot serial issues and resolve discrepancies with the Renewals team, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Maintain clean data for automated renewal notifications and forecasting
Update renewal data, serials, and opportunity details across Salesforce, SAP, and applicable vendor portals
Provide visibility into upcoming renewal cycles and opportunity pipelines
Assist with renewal-related reports and dashboards
Create customer quotes or quote templates and submit them to the Partner Renewal Generalist for review
Create material requests for new part creation as needed
Coordinate customer revisions with the Partner Renewal Generalist within the required SLA
Support special renewal projects, data cleanup, and process improvement initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Legally eligible to work in the United States
1–2 years of experience in renewals, operations, sales support, order processing, or related function
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
Good knowledge and experience of Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Office, and Teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Excellent self-organization and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests simultaneously
Ability to build trust, be assertive when required, and show initiative and enthusiasm
Resilience and ability to deal with stressful situations
Understanding of product supply chains
Team-oriented working and thinking
