About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead projects and business change initiatives through the full lifecycle, from discovery and definition to delivery, transition and closure
  • Define scope, outcomes, success measures, benefits and ownership with sponsors and business owners
  • Build and maintain plans, milestones and resource requirements
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies
  • Identify and manage risks, issues and scope changes, escalating constraints with recommendations
  • Assess change impacts on people, processes and systems
  • Plan communications, engagement, training and readiness activities
  • Support adoption and operational handover to embed new processes and ways of working
  • Analyse end-to-end processes, performance data and root causes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Produce project updates, dashboards and governance documentation for sponsors and senior leaders
  • Establish benefit measures and track outcomes through project closure
  • Apply project, change, quality and information security standards
  • Capture lessons learned and improve delivery practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience delivering projects and business change in a complex, cross-functional organisation, with measurable business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including scope, planning, resources, governance, risk, issue and change control
  • Practical experience of stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications, readiness, and adoption
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using operational data, KPIs and root cause analysis
  • Experience creating dashboards and management reporting using Excel and Power BI
  • Ability to present complex information clearly
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to coordinate delivery across teams and countries without direct line authority
  • Commercial awareness and ability to prioritise based on business value, impact, effort, risk and capacity
  • Strong communication, facilitation and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain momentum, resolve challenges and establish clear accountability
