About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect monies for all outstanding invoices before they become overdue and understand the reasons for non-payments
Contact customers via e-mail, phone calls, and customer portals
Route customer disputes to the department responsible for resolution and follow up on the resolution
Manage and collect outstanding cash from business partners in France
Solve problems and investigate issues by contacting account managers and sales
Take responsibility for a section of the debtors ledger
Provide input to support decisions that improve quality, cost, and people engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are experienced in finance (1-2 years) and would like to utilize your already gained expertise
You are fluent in French and at least intermediate in English
You can use MS Office and its applications, especially Excel
You would like to work in a position with standard office hours
You are good at networking and you like contacting internal colleagues and customers
You know how to organise your day and prioritise your tasks
You are interested in deepening your SAP knowledge
