About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work closely together with in-country finance teams to ensure end-to-end accounting is completed in time and in quality, including Fixed Assets, Bank Accounting, Incoming and Outgoing invoices, and General Ledger Journals
Report the Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss to the Group Finance team
Collaborate with others to identify further improvement areas and drive them to solution
Use communication skills to bring virtual teams closer together
Become an expert in the newest version of SAP: the SAP4Hana Cloud based accounting system
Deepen professional knowledge and experience through the Accounting Training program
Progress career through the Ascension program
Optionally participate in site-wide programs, such as buddy program, event organisation, and charity

Requirements

What you’ll need

You completed Accounting/Finance studies and you are familiar with Accounting principles
You are fluent in both spoken and written English
You have at least 3-5 year of practical experience in related Finance / Accounting role
You have experience with SAP
You have analytical and systematic approach to resolving complex problems and assignments
You are able to define and follow instructions and procedures
You demonstrate effective interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
You have excellent communication skills
You have a knowledge of MS Office, especially of Excel
