Support and manage cross-country GPS initiatives with clear deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working on complex projects or initiatives, ideally in international environments
Ability to work across people, process, and technology dimensions of change
Proven experience structuring and managing workstreams or projects
Strong self-organizing and communication skills
Comfort working in dynamic and evolving environments
Interest in organizational change and transformation
Ability to engage stakeholders and contribute to alignment
Commercial awareness and understanding of how delivery supports business value
Positive, can-do attitude with the drive to influence beyond the formal role
Business-level English
