About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Tosca or Selenium/UFT
Perform functional test automation for SAP ECC/S4HANA and/or ServiceNow modules
Analyze business and functional requirements to identify automation candidates
Create reusable test components, test cases, and test data for automation frameworks
Execute automated and manual test cycles and analyze defects
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and SAP/ServiceNow functional consultants
Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines where applicable
Support regression testing, patch upgrades, enhancements, and production validations
Ensure test coverage, traceability, and reporting align with project governance
Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to best practices and standards
Lead an automation team of 4–5 members
Drive defect triage calls and support defect management
Estimate test activities and translate requirements into test artifacts
Maintain test scripts and manage impact-based testing
Identify testing improvements and feed them into the test management process
Adhere to Computacenter standards and processes during project test execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Overall 8–12 years of experience in test automation
Experience with Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, or UFT
Deep functional testing knowledge in SAP ECC/S4HANA and/or ServiceNow
Experience designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated test suites
Experience analyzing business, functional, and technical requirements and translating them into test artifacts
Ability to create reusable test components, test cases, and test data
Experience executing automated and manual test cycles and analyzing defects
Experience with SDLC and STLC
Hands-on experience building and executing test scripts with minimal help
Strong knowledge of test techniques, test management tools, and testing processes
Experience with defect management and driving defect triage calls
Ability to understand project scope or application context
Ability to estimate test activities
Experience defining test data requirements
Experience maintaining scripts and managing impact-based testing
Experience identifying testing improvement opportunities
Ability to adhere to Computacenter standards and processes
Ability to lead a team of 4–5 members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and lead automation initiatives
Tosca certification (AS1/AS2/TDS) is desirable
Experience with API automation, integrations, or web services testing is desirable
Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Git is desirable
Experience in Agile/SAFe environments is desirable
Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF or SAP Solution Manager/Focused Build is desirable
